This should encompass your name, registered email address or phone number, date and time of the incident, and a thorough description of the issue or the names of users involved.
Technical Issues: If you're facing a technical problem, please attach screenshots or a screen recording that demonstrates the issue. Additionally, share the current app version, your device type, and the operating system in use.
Acknowledgement: Our support team will promptly acknowledge your email and initiate an investigation. We strive to acknowledge all emails within 24 working hours.
Escalation: If the initial response does not resolve your issue or you believe it requires further attention, feel free to request that your complaint be escalated.
Senior Management Review: Upon escalation, your complaint will be forwarded to a Senior Manager for thorough review, and you can expect a response within 24 working hours.
