During our sign-up process, you will encounter a prompt to upload your DBS certification. When this prompt appears, click on the "Upload DBS" button to submit a picture of your DBS certificate from your phone's gallery.
If you happened to skip this step during the sign-up process, don't worry; you can still upload your DBS certificate. Simply follow these steps:
Click on the "Account" tab in the bottom navigation bar of the app
You will then be presented with an options menu, scroll down to "Account Details,"
Once you have clicked on “Account Details” scroll to the "DBS Certificate" option, and you can proceed to upload your DBS certificate or update the existing one on file if it has expired.
