As a companion, it's vital to check in and out for every visit to ensure accurate and fair payment calculation. Your payment is based on the duration from check-in to check-out.

Checking in:

Upon arriving at the visit location, open the companiions app, go to the "Visits" tab, and click "Check-In."

You'll also receive an automatic notification at the scheduled visit time to remind you to check in.

Checking out:

At the end of your visit, return to the app and select "Check Out." You'll then see a visit summary displaying the total duration you spent at that visit.

If you notice any discrepancies in the start or end times of your visit, you can make corrections at this stage before confirming.

*Missed the check-in? We understand that occasionally, you might forget to check in. No need to stress; simply reach out to our team at support@companiions.com, and we'll help you rectify it.

*Forgot to check out? It happens that you forget to check out while leaving a visit, allowing the timer to run. Not to worry, just proceed with the regular check-out process, and on the visit summary screen, you can adjust your timings as needed.
