We understand that life can sometimes present unexpected challenges, and you may need to cancel a scheduled visit. We kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit.

To cancel a visit, please use the companiions app. Navigate to the "Visits" tab, select the visit you wish to cancel, and click the "Cancel" button. After cancelling the visit, we encourage you to use our in-app messaging tool to communicate with the visit organiser and inform them.

If possible, we recommend attempting to reschedule the visit directly with the organiser. In cases where you're unable to reach the visit organiser or need assistance with cancelling, please don't hesitate to contact our team at support@companiions.com.

It's important to note that we monitor visit cancellations closely. Three cancellations within a single calendar month will lead to the suspension of your companion account. Additionally, cancelling a visit with less than 24 hours' notice will result in your account being temporarily suspended until further review.
