We encourage you to make use of these tools to introduce yourself to the visit organiser before your scheduled visit. This allows you to gain a better understanding of the visit requirements, seek additional information, or clarify any concerns before accepting the visit request.

Some visit organisers may prefer to conduct a video call or engage in messaging conversations with you before the visit occurs. This helps them get to know you better and establish a rapport.
