ID Verification: Companions must submit their Passport/ID documents, which are reviewed
Proof of Address: Companions are required to provide valid proof of their current address.
DBS Certificate: Mandatory for companions offering childcare and eldercare services on our platform.
First Aid Trained: If you have stated you are First Aid trained on your profile you will need to provide proof to companiions of this qualification
Two Reference Checks: Companions offering childcare and eldercare services are required to provide details of two professional referees during the interview.
