Our services are divided into three core areas: Eldercare, Childcare, and Everyday Assistance. You can choose the core area(s) in which you'd like to offer your services and sign up accordingly.

Each category has specific requirements that must be fulfilled before your profile can be approved by our vetting team. Please refer to the table below for the specific requirements of each category.

All checks/requirements must be met before profiles are published.

The companion must provide a valid DBS certificate for our vetting team to verify. Companions that have selected they are first aid trained will have this clearly displayed on their profile.

Childcare

Everyday Assistance

Due to the nature of tasks undertaken in this category we do not require companions to have DBS certification or references as mandatory. However, they are encouraged to provide these to our vetting team if they have them and their profile will clearly display DBS certification and/or first aid training if applicable.
