To ensure a safe and secure platform, we have established a comprehensive vetting process that all companions must undergo before their profile can be published on our platform. Here is an overview of our onboarding checks:

  • ID Verification: Companions must submit their Passport/ID documents

  • Proof of Address: Companions are required to provide valid proof of their current address.

  • Background Check: we conduct a number of background checks using 3rd party vendors.

Once these checks are successfully completed, your profile is then reviewed by our vetting team, who assess the following:

  • DBS Certificate: Mandatory for companions offering childcare and eldercare services on our platform.

  • First Aid Certificate: if you select that you are first aid trained, we will request proof

  • Profile Sections: All profile sections must be completed to a high standard before your profile can be published.

  • Interview: Our vetting team will conduct a virtual interview, to learn more about you, your offered services, and provide advice on improving your profile. This interview is mandatory for all companions before publication.

  • Two Reference Checks: Companions offering childcare and eldercare services are required to provide details of two referees during the interview.

Once our vetting team is satisfied with the outcome of these checks, they will publish your profile, and you will receive a notification via email. This stringent process ensures a safe and trustworthy environment for all users.
