It is the companions responsibility to check-in once they have arrived at the visit and successfully check-out once the visit has ended.

Once the visit has ended, you need to confirm the timings before payment is deducted from your employer credit balance.

The app allows you to edit the start and end times if need be (e.g. if the visit actually started later than planned).

This will ensure that the correct amount is deducted from your employer credit balance - even in the event that the visit was not stopped until a few hours after your Companion left.
