We apologise for the delay in your companion's arrival. Feel free to reach out to them using our in-app messaging tool to check their whereabouts.

If they are unresponsive, please reach out to us through the in-app chat button or via email at support@companiions.com or you can contact us via phone on 020 0425 7328.

Also, please be aware that your employer balance will only deduct payment for the actual time the companion spends on the visit. If they do arrive late, you have the option to adjust the visit's start time when approving the visit times in the app.
